Live cultures: Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001, Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14, Bifidobacterium lactis HN019; corn starch; vegetarian capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Fructooligosaccharide fibres (FOS 30mg); anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate
Directions:
Take one capsule daily with food, preferably with breakfast. Designed for use in pregnancy and early motherhood but can be taken on an ongoing basis, or as professionally directed. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Those unable to swallow capsules can open and mix contents with cool, non-acidic food or drinks. For maximum potency, refrigerate after opening. Close lid firmly after each use and do not remove desiccant sachet from the glass jar.
