Recommended Daily Intake:
Adults & Adolescents (12+ years): 15g to 30g daily (approx. ½ to 1 tablespoon).

Children (1-5 years): 5g to 10g daily (approx. ½ to 1 teaspoon).
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A 650g jar provides approximately a 21-43 day supply for an adult.
