How to Use

Tablets: Take two tablets daily with water after food, or as directed on the product packaging. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Shampoo: Apply to wet hair, massage into scalp, leave for 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Conditioner: Apply to clean, wet hair, focusing on mid-lengths and ends, leave for 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
