How to Use

1. Fill the clean bottle with 120ml of lukewarm, previously boiled, distilled, or commercially bottled water.

2. Empty one premixed sachet into the bottle, secure the cap, and shake gently until fully dissolved.

3. Leaning over a sink, place the cap snugly against one nostril. With the mouth open, gently squeeze the bottle so the solution drains from the opposite nostril.

4. Gently blow your nose. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the other nostril.

5. Thoroughly clean all parts with warm water and air dry after each use.

Important: Always use water that has been previously boiled and cooled, distilled, or micro-filtered. Do not use plain tap water. Replace the bottle every three months. Consult a healthcare professional before use if the user has ear issues, has had recent surgery, or if symptoms persist.
