Ingredients 

Sodium Chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate. (USP Grade, Preservative-Free, Iodine-Free).

How to Use

CRITICAL: Use only distilled, micro-filtered (0.2 micron), commercially bottled, or previously boiled and cooled water. Never use plain tap water.

1. Fill the clean bottle with 240ml of recommended warm water.

2. Empty one sachet into the bottle, secure the cap, and shake gently to dissolve.

3. Leaning over a sink, gently squeeze the bottle to irrigate each nasal passage.

4. Clean all parts thoroughly after each use and allow to air dry. Replace the bottle every 3 months for optimal hygiene.
