Ionic Magnesium Citrate (from Citric Acid and Magnesium Carbonate), Potassium Bicarbonate, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Zinc Picolinate, Boric Acid, Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-7), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Natural Citrus Flavour, Steviol Glycosides.
Adults: Mix two teaspoons (4g) with a small amount of water. If using warm water, wait 30 seconds; if using cold, wait 30 minutes. Top up with your preferred hot or cold beverage. Can be taken once daily or split into two servings. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
