Aqua (Water), Phosphatidylcholine, Glycerin, Alcohol, Carbomer, Disodium Phosphate, Sodium Hydroxide, Polysorbate 80, Benzyl Alcohol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Disodium EDTA, Linalool, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Metabisulfite, BHT.
Apply twice daily, morning and evening. Spread a thin layer (a line equal to the length of your index finger for large joints) onto the skin around the joint. Do not rub in. Allow to air dry for 5-10 minutes before covering with clothing. Wash your hands after application.
