How to Use

Shake gently before use. As a Brushing Rinse: Swish approximately 10ml (1/3 oz) for 60 seconds, then brush your teeth without rinsing. As a Pre-Rinse: Swish for 60 seconds, spit, then proceed with brushing. For external use only. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with the eyes. Not for children under 6. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
