The rub-in cream format allows application to the desired area and may be used before or after exercise according to the product instructions. This product is intended for adults, including the elderly, and children over 5 years of age when used as directed.

Adults, including the elderly, and children over 5 years should gently massage a thin layer into the desired area until the cream is rubbed in.
Apply 2–3 times daily as directed.
