Conteh Sports 'The Stim' Pre-Workout is a dietary supplement powder designed to be taken before exercise. Each serving contains a blend of ingredients commonly used in pre-workout formulas, including Beta-Alanine, L-Tyrosine, and caffeine from multiple sources.
Contains Beta-Alanine* – This formula includes 3200mg of Beta-Alanine per serving.
With Multiple Caffeine Sources* – Features 300mg of Caffeine Anhydrous plus 50mg of Di-Caffeine Malate (Infinergy™) per serving.
Includes L-Tyrosine & VitaCholine®* – Provides 1500mg of L-Tyrosine and 500mg of Choline (as VitaCholine® Bitartrate).
With B Vitamins* – Contains added Niacin (Vitamin B3), Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).

As a dietary supplement, mix one level scoop (7.5g) with 200-300ml of cold water. Shake or stir vigorously for 30 seconds and consume immediately, 20-30 minutes before exercise. Do not exceed one serving in a 24-hour period. This product contains 350mg of total caffeine per serving.
