Cafés Henri Elsass Café Prima is a whole bean coffee made from 100% Arabica beans and roasted in Alsace, France. This coffee blend reflects traditional regional roasting methods and offers a smooth, balanced flavour suitable for everyday coffee preparation.

The beans are roasted using the traditional “robe de moine” roasting method, a technique that roasts the beans evenly throughout to produce a consistent flavour profile and aromatic character. The result is a rounded coffee suitable for different brewing preferences.

These whole beans can be ground according to your chosen brewing method and are suitable for espresso machines, filter brewers, cafetières, and bean-to-cup coffee machines.
