Applied Nutrition Critical Oats is a powdered oat-based porridge product with whey protein concentrate and ISO-XP whey protein. Presented in a Cookies & Cream flavour, the fine powder is designed to be prepared as a convenient porridge-style meal.
The product can be prepared with water, milk or a suitable plant-based alternative according to personal preference. Each 600g pack provides multiple servings in an easy-to-prepare format suitable for everyday meal routines.

Medium-chain triglycerides (coconut MCT oil, tapioca starch), flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia), sunflower lecithin.
