How to Use

Adults: Mix two teaspoons (4g) with a small amount of water. If using warm water, wait 30 seconds; if using cold, wait 30 minutes. Top up with your preferred hot or cold beverage. Can be taken once daily or split into two servings. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
