Vitamins & Minerals per Tablet: Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid, 500mg), Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin (Vitamin B3), Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5), Vitamin B6, Biotin (Vitamin B7), Folic Acid (Vitamin B9), Vitamin B12, Magnesium, Zinc.
Other Ingredients: Acidity Regulators (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Sodium Carbonate, Citric Acid), Bulking Agents (Isomalt, Mannitol, Sorbitol), Flavouring, Sweeteners (Aspartame, Acesulfame K), Colours (Allura Red, Carmoisine), Anti-Foaming Agent (Polysorbate 60). Contains a source of Phenylalanine.

How to Use

For adults (18 years and over). Dissolve one (1) tablet in a glass of water (200ml) and drink once daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose. This product contains aspartame, a source of phenylalanine.
