For Cafetière (Recommended): Grind beans to a coarse setting. Use one heaped dessert spoon (~15g) per 250ml cup. Add water just off the boil (~92°C). Stir, brew for 4 minutes, then plunge slowly and enjoy.
For Other Methods: Grind to suit your preferred brewing method (e.g., espresso, filter, Aeropress).
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. For extended freshness, seal tightly and store in the freezer. Best brewed before date is on the side of the bag. Grind immediately before brewing for optimal flavour.
