Swanson Dual-Release Melatonin provides 3mg of melatonin per tablet in a dual-release format. Each tablet delivers 1.5mg initially, followed by a further 1.5mg gradually released over 5 to 8 hours.
The tablets contain lactose from milk and are made with a range of other formulation ingredients. Each bottle contains 60 dual-release tablets for convenient daily use.
