How to Use

Take 1 capsule once a day with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not exceed 400mg of caffeine per day from all sources.

Contains caffeine (200mg per capsule). Not recommended for children or pregnant women.

Consumption is not recommended during breastfeeding, planned pregnancy, in individuals sensitive to caffeine, or those with circulatory conditions.
