Ingredients

Sodium Chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate. (USP Grade, Preservative-Free, Iodine-Free).

How to Use

Important: Use only with distilled, micro-filtered (0.2 micron), commercially bottled, or previously boiled and cooled water. Do not use plain tap water.

1. Fill a clean NeilMed Sinus Rinse bottle with 240ml of the recommended warm water.

2. Empty one sachet into the bottle, secure the cap, and shake gently to dissolve.

3. Leaning over a sink, gently squeeze the bottle to allow the solution to flow through one nasal passage and out the other. Repeat on the opposite side.

4. Clean all parts after each use and air dry.
