Hydrolysed collagen (50.6%), ChondrActiv® hydrolysed cartilage powder (10.1%), hyaluronic acid (4.8%), L-lysine hydrochloride (4.2%), L-proline (3.4%), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin A (retinyl acetate preparation)

Other Ingredients:
Capsule shell (gelatine, shellac, iron oxides and hydroxides, ammonium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide), cellulose gel, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, gum arabic, alpha-tocopherol, calcium phosphates

Allergen Information:
Manufactured in a facility that handles milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, and sulphur dioxide.
Contains gelatine (not suitable for vegans or vegetarians).

How to Use

Take 2 capsules twice daily with a glass of water during main meals.
