How to Use

As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (approximately 32g) with 350-450ml of cold water and consume 20-30 minutes before exercise. This product contains 274 mg of caffeine per serving. Do not exceed one serving in a 24-hour period. Assess your tolerance to caffeine.
