How to Use & Safety

1. Ensure skin on the nose bridge is clean, dry, and free of lotions.

2. Remove the plastic liner and apply the strip firmly across the bridge of your nose.

3. Press from the centre outward for secure adhesion.

4. Use for up to 12 hours. Gently peel off to remove.

5. For external use only. Do not use on irritated skin. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. Not for children under 5 years. Consult a doctor for chronic snoring or breathing issues.
